Summer Butrico

Summer Butrico is a passionate advocate for hearing health care, dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those with hearing challenges. As a  National Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist, Summer brings a unique combination of expertise and compassion to her work, striving to improve the quality of life for her patients. She is also certified in Audiologic Rehabilitation, allowing her to provide comprehensive care and support for those navigating hearing loss.

Summer earned her degree through Liberty University and the North Carolina Hearing Aid Dealers and Fitters Licensing Board (NCHALB). She is currently continuing her education at Walden University, furthering her commitment to excellence in hearing care.

As a single mother of two, Summer’s journey is rooted in resilience, determination, and a deep love for helping others. Alongside raising her children, she has built a thriving career as a successful entrepreneur, owning three businesses in Jacksonville, NC, including a hearing care practice where she continues to make a positive impact in her community.

Summer works closely with multiple audiologists and ENT specialists to ensure her patients receive comprehensive and personalized care. She also collaborates hand-in-hand with the state of North Carolina to provide free hearing aid services to those who are less fortunate, ensuring everyone has access to the tools they need to improve their hearing and quality of life.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Summer is actively involved in community outreach, raising awareness about the importance of hearing health, and advocating for accessibility and inclusivity for all.

With her dedication to empowering individuals through better hearing and her passion for improving lives, Summer’s mission is to make every patient feel heard, valued, and supported.

Tech Lead & Assistant

Ida Larsen

Ida Larsen serves as the Head Tech Lead and Office Assistant, working side by side with Summer Butrico to provide exceptional care for individuals experiencing hearing loss. With a strong passion for helping people reconnect with the world through better hearing, Ida plays a key role in ensuring every patient feels supported and valued.

For over a year, Ida has been a dedicated member of the team, bringing warmth, efficiency, and compassion to her work. As a mom to a little boy and the proud wife of a retired Army veteran, Ida understands the importance of resilience and service—qualities she brings to her role every day.

Ida is currently working on her apprenticeship and preparing for the completion of her North Carolina State Board Exams through the North Carolina Hearing Aid Dealers and Fitters Licensing Board (NCHALB). Her commitment to professional growth reflects her dedication to excellence in hearing care.

Outside of work, Ida cherishes time with her family and finds fulfillment in making a positive impact in the lives of others. Her love for helping people hear better drives her passion and purpose in the field.

Office Manager

Leslie Rogers

Leslie Rogers is the Office Manager and the backbone of our team, ensuring smooth daily operations and seamless coordination. As a skilled overseer of schedules and office duties, Leslie brings expertise, organization, and a calm presence to the fast-paced environment of our practice.

With a strong proficiency in claims and data management, Leslie excels in handling the behind-the-scenes details that keep the office running efficiently. Her dedication ensures that both the team and patients experience a welcoming and well-managed space.

Leslie is a proud mom of three and the wife of a retired USMC Marine, embodying resilience and a commitment to service in all that she does. Her ability to balance her professional responsibilities with her personal life is a testament to her dedication and hard work.

Leslie’s passion for creating a supportive and efficient office environment makes her an invaluable part of the team, and her friendly demeanor ensures everyone feels right at home.
